Job Summary
• This role is responsible for guiding key clients through the sales cycle, navigating through complex negotiations and supporting the design of solution architectures. The role conducts product demonstrations, collaborates across departments, and analyzes competition. The role serves as a bridge between clients and internal teams, contributing industry expertise and providing mentorship to junior team members.
Responsibilities
• Gathers and analyzes client requirements, translating them into technical specifications to uncover the client's pain points and desired outcomes.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor through the sales cycle.
• Supports the design of the overall architecture of the proposed solution in complex sales scenarios, including integration with existing systems, scalability, and security considerations.
• Navigates complex contract negotiations and client discussions to ensure that the terms align with the proposed solution and client expectations.
• Conducts in-depth demonstrations of the organization's products and services, highlighting their features, functionalities, and how they address the client's requirements.
• Collaborates with various departments such as marketing, product management, engineering, and customer support to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Acts as a bridge between clients and the organization's internal teams, providing feedback from client interactions to help improve products, services, and overall sales strategy.
• Develops deep industry expertise to position the organization's offerings as solutions that align with industry-specific challenges and trends.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop technical and consultative selling skills.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $178,250 to $279,900 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
