How You’ll Make an Impact
Perform total cost of ownership (TCO) sourcing activities and mitigate risks.
Conduct negotiations and establish contracts and service level agreements for regional suppliers.
Collaborate with Engineering to propose application alternatives and drive category consolidation.
Drive cost reduction initiatives using technical requirements and data analysis.
Analyze commodity spend, market dynamics, and price developments to inform sourcing strategy.
Communicate sourcing strategies and negotiation results to regional factories.
Support timely implementation of strategies and lead selected SCM projects.
Manage and resolve critical supplier shortcomings while promoting standardization.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with ERP systems and supplier performance management.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
