Job Description Summary:
This role is responsible for delivering customer-focused, category-level analytics, emphasizing shelf leadership for Dollar General. This role supports the development of schematics and the overall strategy for space allocation and assortment.
Information: Effectively manage and synthesize a variety of data sources, including scan data, syndicated resources, custom research, and store-level observations, to identify business trends and gain insights into results.
Interpretation: Use fact-based recommendations to uncover opportunities for both category and customer growth.
Influence: Lead discussions with customers regarding the strategic placement of Coca-Cola products and competitive beverage offerings.
Project Management: Collaborate with space managers, sales leads, and retail buyers to define project parameters.
Scorecard Development: Create and maintain scorecards to measure project progress, provide updates, and analyze results.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 2–5 years of related work experience
Skills: Analytical experience is essential, with intermediate proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as PowerBI and/or Tableau.

United States of America: $106,800 - $138,500Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
