Position Description and Responsibilities:
- Strategically unlock future category growth opportunity with business, supply & vendor
- Identify & address areas of product quality & workflow improvement and drive cross-functional connectivity, design integrity and product commerciality
- Identify and execute category growth plans and drive and lead cross-functional connectivity
- Ensure range plan and architecture combine design direction, market dynamics and commercial opportunities. drive pricing margin and line efficiency
- Connectivity across product / GTM / marketing / assortments / buying and planning /drive KPI’s (margin, sustainability, allocation)
- Drive seasonal initial style allocation & share brand needs into sourcing strategy and set strategy with supply
- Milestone preparation, sales analysis and selling tools. showroom set up
- Lead, mentor, and develop a category team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and creative work environment
Requirements:
- Education - Degree or experience, 10 years industry-related
- Skill set - Breadth of experience
- Leadership - Senior leadership
- Interpersonal Skills - Ability to influence
