  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, problem‑solve, and negotiate with colleagues or more senior business members
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and multiple reporting tools
  • A strong interest in style, design, and seasonal trends, with curiosity for how customers shop and engage with product is preferred
  • A hands‑on mindset – comfortable getting into the details and supporting the business wherever needed
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, supportive, and high‑performing team

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • You’ll help shape how millions of Canadians experience Christmas, bringing festive moments, memories, and traditions to life

  • And yes, working in Christmas means surprising (and unavoidable) amount of glitter!
