Our Comm BU designs, sells, builds and installs the physical and digital infrastructure that powers modern clinical environments which includes operating theatres, ICU/ED settings along with other connected hospital spaces.

This exciting business unit is looking for a Project Associate to join the team — a high-exposure, cross-functional role that offers a strong launchpad into a long-term career in MedTech.

About the role

This is a unique entry-point role for someone early in their career who wants to build broad capability across project management, marketing, engineering, analytics and commercial operations.

You’ll work across multiple functions in the Communications BU and gain hands-on experience supporting the systems, processes and analysis that enable complex hospital projects to be won and delivered successfully.

This role is ideal for someone with a marketing or engineering background who is curious about both commercial and technical pathways, and motivated to grow a long-term career at Stryker.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Tender management support (Sales / Marketing / Engineering)

  • Coordinate and support tender responses across internal and external stakeholders

  • Help gather, structure and manage inputs from sales, marketing and engineering teams

  • Support submission quality, version control, timelines and compliance requirements

  • Assist with tender content updates, templates and continuous improvement

Communications price book ownership

  • Maintain and manage the Communications BU price book

  • Ensure pricing information is current, accurate and aligned across relevant teams

  • Support pricing governance, version control and internal communication of updates

Critical system ownership (including JDE)

  • Support ownership and administration of key digital systems used by the BU (including JDE and other critical tools)

  • Help maintain data integrity, system processes and user support workflows

  • Work with internal stakeholders to improve usability, consistency and process adherence

Data & analytics support

  • Work across business data sources to support reporting and analysis

  • Assist in building insights that support planning, performance tracking and decision-making

  • Help identify trends, gaps and opportunities across commercial and project activity

Commercial and industry analysis

  • Support commercial analysis for business planning, pricing and performance improvement

  • Contribute to industry and market analysis to help inform strategy and execution

  • Prepare clear, practical summaries and insights for internal stakeholders

Who this role would suit:
