Busy Bees at Woolloongabba East is looking for enthusiastic Casual Educators to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across different age groups while supporting children’s learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Busy Bees at Woolloongabba East is a vibrant early learning service located in Woolloongabba. Our centre provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.
As a Casual Educator, you will support the team in delivering high-quality care and education for children. You will assist across different rooms as required, helping to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the delivery of engaging play-based learning experiences
Assisting with the supervision and care of children
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
Supporting room routines and daily activities
Ensuring compliance with centre policies and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
Current QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain
Passion for working with children and supporting their development
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility and reliability to support the centre when required
Flexible casual working hours
Supportive and friendly team environment
