Casual Hourly Rate: $36.96 – $45.51 (including 25% casual loading)
Location: 132–134 Lambeth Street, Panania NSW 2213
Licensed Capacity: 90 places
Busy Bees at Panania is seeking reliable and experienced Casual Educators to support our team across various rooms. This role is suited to educators who value flexibility while maintaining professional standards within a structured early learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support educators with daily routines, transitions, and supervision
Assist in delivering play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
Maintain safe, compliant, and inclusive learning environments
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Work across different rooms as required
Be available for shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
Working with Children Check (Employee – NSW)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
Demonstrated experience working in an early childhood education setting
Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively
