We are currently seeking Casual Educators and Lead Educators to support our growing centre and deliver high-quality care and education.

👶 About the Roles

Casual Educators

• Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

• Work collaboratively with the team across different age groups

• Flexible availability to pick up shifts as needed

Lead Educators

• Lead a room and guide a team of educators

• Plan and implement high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the team

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and centre policies

• Mentor and support other educators

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS)

For Educators:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)

For Lead Educators:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher)

• Previous experience leading a room (preferred)

📋 Essential Requirements

• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma (or willingness to obtain/renew)

• Full Australian working rights
