About the Role

Busy Bees at Moreton Bay is seeking enthusiastic and flexible Casual Educators to join our Hive.

Located in Manly West, our 75-place service offers a welcoming and supportive environment where you can pick up shifts that suit your lifestyle while gaining experience across different age groups.

As a Casual Educator, you will support our permanent team to maintain high-quality care and education, stepping in across rooms as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based programs aligned with the EYLF
• Assisting across Nursery, Toddler, and Preschool rooms
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the team
• Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
• Supporting daily routines and centre operations

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
• Flexibility to work across different shifts and rooms
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
