Mō te tūranga | About the Role

Taking action now to create a better future — it’s why we show up every day. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline expert for our customers, connecting with them in moments that matter.

Whether it’s face-to-face or through our virtual channels, you’ll help customers with everything from online banking issues to card disputes and regulatory queries. It’s a fast-paced role that calls for quick thinking, calm under pressure, and a genuine desire to help.

As a casual team member, you’ll step in to support our branches when they need you most — covering planned and unplanned leave across the area. It’s a great way to build your experience, expand your network, and make a real impact.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, curious, and committed to doing what’s right for our customers. You’ll bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service and administration, ideally in banking or a related field
  • A solid understanding of financial services, including compliance and regulatory requirements
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Comfort with digital platforms and virtual service channels — and the ability to guide customers through them
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach
  • A tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is preferred
