Major Duties :• Supports the complete and accurate internal and external reporting of the firms Client Asset requirements (i.e. UK CMAR reporting, and Ireland MCAR reporting) with review and support from senior members of the team
• Develops working relationship with other depts globally, particularly Operations, Risk, Compliance and IT.
• Maintain issues/breaches log, including the logging, tracking, closure, and analysis of issues/breaches, and issue escalation to senior team members and the Head of Client Assets Safety.
• Prepares periodic and ad-hoc Management Information
• Perform quality assurance testing, and report findings to senior team members and the Head of Client Assets Safety.
• Works with others on the roll out of the Client Assets related communication plan
• Works with senior team members on complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
• Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
Knowledge :• Professional with extensive business experience, multi-disciplinary functional experience with a focus on proactive activities within the group.
• Knowledge of the firm and industry.
Experience :• College or University degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of Risk & Control experience helpful
• Financial services experience
