CASHIER
THE OPPORTUNITY Our contributors at Michael Kors are stylish, fashion forward individuals who are passionate about the customer experience and achieving results. As a Cashier, you are a flexible team player with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fun, inspiring and fast-paced store environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while responding to customers’ needs quickly and accurately
- Achieve email capture and sales goals through creative engagement with customers
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence
- Process POS transactions efficiently and comply with all policies and procedures while creating a memorable experience
- Assist sales associates in determining customers’ needs and resolving all client issues.
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
- 1+ year of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
