Job Summary: This position is located in various divisions of the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department, Fleet Activities, Sasebo, Japan. The incumbent of this position is to provide basic money exchange services to patrons.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs. A qualified candidate possesses the following: Three (3) months general experience. Must have skill and knowledge to perform tasks involving several procedures and be able to concentrate on work assignments despite interruptions and distractions. Must be familiar with Yen currency. Basic arithmetic and cash handling procedures are required. Must be able to work day, evening and weekend shifts, including holidays. Must be reliable, courteous and have the ability to deal and converse with the public in a friendly and courteous manner. Must be able to handle money accurately. Ability to operate a cash register and personal computer. Incumbent must have basic accounting knowledge. Must possess good customer service skills.
