THE JOB:
As the Cashier at The Buffet, you’ll ensure a warm welcome, efficient service, and a well-organized dining area. If you’re dependable, guest-focused, and ready to make an impact, we’d love for you to apply today!
THE STARTING RATE: $13.11
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Provide courteous and professional guest service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries about menu items, promotions, or casino offerings, and resolving or escalating concerns as needed.
Accurately process guest transactions (cash, credit, vouchers, player comps, promotions).
Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the beginning and end of each shift.
Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and cash handling procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all workstations and surrounding areas.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years old or older.
Must have High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of prior Relevant experience cashier, retail, or Food & Beverage environment.
Must demonstrate a proficient commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and professional.
