Are you ready to make an impact in the world of financial technology?

At FNZ, we’re redefining how wealth is managed globally and we need passionate problem-solvers to help us deliver seamless financial operations.

As a Cash Settlements Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our business, ensuring that every transaction runs smoothly and accurately. From market settlements and client payments to investigating exceptions and monitoring interest rates, your work will keep our platforms running efficiently and our clients confident.

The role is an opportunity to collaborate on projects, contribute to audits and functional testing, and drive continuous improvements that shape the future of our services. You’ll join a highly skilled team that values discipline, precision and innovation.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage client cash transactions, ledger entries, daily market settlements, client payments, and FX trades.

  • Deliver tasks within agreed service levels and quality standards—reporting exceptions, completing controls and resolving queries.

  • Take an active role in team meetings and share ideas that make a difference and create efficiencies.

  • Collaborate with peers on projects focused on the teams functional services.

  • Maintain accurate interest rates across all supported currencies and platforms in region.

  • Keep records transparent and audit-ready for regulators and internal/external reviews.

  • Contribute to audits and system testing to ensure our platforms remain robust and compliant.

What we’re looking for:

  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tertiary qualification in finance or a related field (advantageous).

  • Back-office operational experience (advantageous).

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Hybrid Working: Our team is spread across 3 countries in region so after initial onboarding and training, you’ll enjoy a flexible hybrid model with at least 3 days in the office.

If this role appeals to you, please apply with your cover letter and CV by 27th December 2025.
