We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Cash Products Manager to join our team in Coppell, TX. In this role, you will play a critical part in contributing to our ongoing success and strategic goals. As part of the AMS Product team you will be a hands-on, cross-functional liaison supporting cash product opportunities from late-stage sales through onboarding, implementation, stabilization, and ongoing lifecycle changes. The role translates business needs into clear requirements, coordinates decisions and timelines across internal teams, and ensures delivery artifacts and product materials accurately reflect solution design and operating constraints. The Cash Products Manager may be brought into customer discussions when product-specific expertise is required.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Partner for Customer Success
Support go-to-market readiness by partnering with Commercial (Sales and Account Management) to document product requirements, confirm product fit/constraints, and coordinate implementation considerations, including pricing coordination in partnership with Finance.
Maintain and report agreed success metrics (e.g., onboarding milestones, issue/defect trends, and service performance drivers) and share insights that support product and operational improvements.
Innovate to Grow
Support intake and implementation readiness by coordinating open items, documenting decisions, and maintaining delivery artifacts (requirements templates, runbooks, checklists) used across cash product engagements.
Monitor market and technology changes (through internal partners and available industry inputs) and report observations that may inform cash product enhancements or new product opportunities to product leadership.
Win as Team Brink’s
Coordinate with Product Delivery Partners PDPs, identified as Treasury, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Technology, Commercial, Legal, SMEs, and third-party vendors to support requirements clarification, testing/readiness activities, and issue resolution for cash product enhancements.
Maintain and improve documentation of operating processes, roles, and handoffs for cash products, and coordinate stakeholders to align updates across internal teams and third-party partners.
Run the Business Better
Support product governance activities by maintaining required documentation and controls evidence, facilitating reviews/approvals, and coordinating updates to product and customer-facing materials (in partnership with Marketing) when customer-specific needs require modifications.
Support risk, regulatory, and contractual compliance by coordinating with Legal and Compliance on required reviews, tracking action items to closure, and ensuring documentation is current and audit ready.

Requirements & Documentation – Elicits and documents requirements, clarifies constraints/tradeoffs, and maintains implementation and product artifacts with strong version control.
Issue Triage & Trend Analysis – Tracks issues to closure and synthesizes trends into actionable insights for product improvement.
Stakeholder Communication – Communicates clearly with internal stakeholders; escalates risks early; supports customer discussions when product expertise is required.
Process Discipline & Controls Awareness – Follows required documentation, change control, and compliance steps; partners with SMEs to resolve gaps.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, which may include:
4+ years of military service with leadership experience at the Non‑Commissioned Officer or Officer level, or comparable civilian managerial or operational leadership experience.
3+ years of experience in product implementation, product operations, project coordination, technical account management, or customer operations within payments/cash services, ATM, or cash logistics environments.
Ability to translate requirements into implementable processes and technology needs; comfort partnering with Product/Technology and using data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
Ability to travel as required.
COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required
Strong working knowledge / understanding of Microsoft Excel is required
Ability to learn software applications quickly
Minimum two years’ experience with PAI Reports is a plus
