World Kinect is seeking a highly skilled Cash Manager to join our Treasury team. This role is critical in managing our global liquidity, banking operations, and corporate funding activities across 50+ countries. About the Role

As the Cash Manager, you will oversee the company’s global daily cash position, funding strategies, corporate investments, and credit facility utilization. You will also lead Treasury initiatives related to integration, process improvements, and banking administration. This role interfaces frequently with banking partners and internal stakeholders—including IT, Internal Audit, PwC, BDO, and EY.

Key Responsibilities

Global Liquidity & Cash Operations

• Manage global daily cash positioning, ensuring liquidity across all corporate entities.
• Execute account funding, disbursement activities, and debt management.
• Monitor and report on global cash and debt levels, providing analysis for senior leadership.

Banking Structure & Administration

• Manage a complex global bank account structure (400+ accounts across 50 countries).
• Oversee account openings, closures, documentation, e-banking setup, and service maintenance.
• Administer and maintain the TWS bank account management module and banking platforms.

Reporting & Forecasting

• Develop dashboards and reporting on bank fees, interest, cash flow forecasts, and account activity.
• Analyze global bank charges and optimize banking service levels.

Systems & Data Management

• Input and manage data in Treasury systems, banking platforms, and Oracle/WFS databases.
• Produce ad‑hoc reporting for Treasury and senior stakeholders.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Serve as the liaison with IT, PwC, BDO, EY, and Internal Audit.
• Oversee administration and maintenance of corporate P‑Card programs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and control environment of the Treasury function.

What You Bring

• Master’s Degree preferred (MBA, MS Finance, or Accounting).
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Treasury operations, and global cash management.
• Experience with Oracle and related financial systems.
• Ability to navigate complex international banking structures.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to act as a change agent for process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
