Design and structure DocuSign for efficient user adoption and increased customer penetration.
Responsible for supporting the analysis, administration, and tactical support of key processes.
Key responsibility to coordinate activities during Quarter end with Healthcare, commercial, investment bank and other internal stakeholders.
May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

Bachelors degree with 4 + years of data analytics experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working experience with HCS and HFS technologies including LeaseWave, eOM, Celonis, DocuSign, etc.
Proven experience in business operations or a related field.
Strong analytical and data synthesis skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using business intelligence tools and software.
Strong relationship-building skills: Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
High emotional intelligence: Demonstrated ability to understand and manage your own emotions, as well as empathize with others to foster a collaborative work environment.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
