Main responsibilities

Continuous improvement

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop changes through elimination of redundant activities or through standardizing

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop changes by calculating, monitoring, and analyzing KPI results and trends, or based on user input

  • Organize workshops, mini projects to get desired result

  • Focal point for HighRadius eCash tool

  • Manage the cash application improvement list, liaise with Cash Application Analysts of improvement opportunities, propose changes, open tickets, liaise with both local IT and HighRadius IT, follow up status, test changes, monitor implementation

  • As the eCash Process Lead, be focal point for Cash Application Analysts for any Highradius related issues, troubleshoot, open ITS ticket, if necessary, monitor status of the ticket, escalate if necessary

  • Focal point for Cadency / Blackline / SAP Business Warehouse

  • Support Invoice Management & Invoicing Team Leader / Manager for subject tools in troubleshooting, ticketing, improving related subprocesses

  • Support Blackline implementation and stabilization, as necessary

  • Identify, participate in other process automation initiatives and support and coordinate adoption and transition

  • Support Managers in engaging employees at all levels to help drive out unnecessary, non-value adding work, improving and simplify processes

Performance

  • Support Cash Application Manager by managing cash application related KPI reporting: hit rates, unallocated cash, unapplied cash, monthly

  • Support Invoice Management & Reporting Team Leader / Manage to develop and manage non-trade invoicing, reporting, month-end closing related KPIs

  • Calculate KPIs, maintain dashboards and KPI files as needed

  • Report KPIs to Cash Application Manager, to Invoice Management & Reporting Team Leader / Manager and to Ci2C Service Line Head monthly, explain trends, explain root causes of both below-the-line and outstanding performance, highlight improvement opportunities

  • Report and explain KPI trends to CI2C global management, as needed

  • Propose, develop, test, implement new set of KPIs, as needed

  • Develop, maintain desktop procedures, works instructions related to this role

Projects

  • Ad-hoc or permanent support based on Manager / Service Line Head request, to participate or lead in any CI2C projects impacting Budapest Center related activities

About you

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience related to invoice-to-cash and/or accounting processes, in an international and multicultural environment

  • Fluent in English, other European language is an advantage

  • Experience with a similar role is an advantage

Hard and Soft Skills

  • Has hands-on experience of SAP FI (SAP, SAP S4) and other AR related IT tools

  • Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Has HighRadius eCash experience ▪ Cadency / Blackline experience is an advantage

  • Has ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner

  • Is team player, who works well with every level of the organization.

  • Has engaging communication skills, is straight to the point

  • Is attentive to customer needs, management requests and is receptive to feedback

Education

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance

Languages

  • Excellent English

  • Other European languages is a plus
