What this role is all about
You will join our Accounts Payable team and support the day-to-day financial operations that keep Infobip running smoothly. This role is designed for someone at an early stage of their career who is eager to learn, build a strong foundation in AP processes, and grow through hands-on experience. You will work closely with senior AP colleagues, contributing to accurate financial records and reliable payment processes while learning how finance supports the wider business.
What you’ll do
- Enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system, ensuring accuracy and correct coding
- Provide administrative and financial support to the Accounts Payable team
- Support the preparation and processing of outgoing payments in line with approval protocols
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and related documentation
- Enter financial data into company systems, ensuring completeness and data integrity
- Assist with the preparation of monthly AP-related financial statements and reports
- Participate in improving AP reports and processes
- Support the entry and processing of travel and expense reports, ensuring policy compliance
- Assist with processing and reconciling corporate credit card expenses
- Perform other delegated and professional tasks related to AP operations
