Maternal SUD Program (EMBER) University Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Support Specialist to join the EMBER (Maternal SUD) program.

The EMBER Program provides comprehensive, co-located services for pregnant and postpartum individuals with current or past substance use. EMBER offers a single, accessible site where patients can receive addiction medicine, maternal-fetal medicine/OB, behavioral health, peer support, social services, and more. By integrating medical, psychiatry, and social services in one location, EMBER ensures timely, coordinated, and culturally sensitive care.
