  • Compile internal and external reports (e.g., case statistics, feedback summaries) and contribute to program delivery.
  • Develop, coordinate and facilitate group programs or training activities in line with program guidelines.
  • Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement and the development, implementation and review of service practices.
  • Build sustainable relationships with clients, colleagues, service providers and government agencies; participate in network meetings and share insights.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring and coaching to employees at lower levels; share specialist advice and best practice.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering case management to clients with complex needs, including evidence‑based interventions and managing a complex caseload.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with clients to develop individualized, strengths-based plans, identify meaningful goals, and support progress through coordinated referrals and regular review.
  • Experience conducting intake, registrations and formal assessments; maintaining accurate case notes and timely data entry in client management systems.
  • Strong engagement skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, service providers and government agencies.
  • Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, plus high‑level administrative and reporting capability.
