Qualifications for a Clinical Manager Designee

This role is a dedicated pathway to a Clinical Manager position, designed for a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse ready to advance into clinical leadership.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A minimum of two years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.

Preferred Experience:

• A Foundation for Leadership: Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a plus, providing a solid base for this growth-oriented role.
• Shaping the Future of Care: Prior home healthcare experience is a preferred qualification, offering direct insight into our client-focused mission.
• Experience with Tracheostomy and Ventilator care is also highly valued.

Compensation & Schedule:

• This is a full-time, office-based position (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
• A flexible mindset is required, as the role's responsibilities will occasionally extend beyond standard office hours to meet client needs.
• $37.00 - $40.00/Hour
