Position Summary


The Case Installation Specialist works independently to interpret, convert, and validate client plan and participant data into the organization’s internal administrative systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and accurate installation or conversion experience for clients.


The specialist coordinates responses to daily client service requests during the installation and conversion phases, collaborating with internal partners, client contacts, and external vendors. While the role provides guidance and support to other team members, it carries no formal supervisory responsibility.
This position requires strong technical aptitude, deep knowledge of the organization’s products and services, and the ability to problem solve effectively in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.

This will be a hybrid role based out of Fort Washington, PA. or Newark, NJ. For exceptionally well-qualified candidates, Virtual working arrangement may be considered, with expectation of travel as required.


For U.S. employees, this role is exempt and not eligible for overtime.

Key Responsibilities


Data Interpretation & Conversion

  • Interpret, convert, and reconcile client plan and participant data for integration into internal claims and billing systems.
  • Maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with plan design and system requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data related issues during installation or conversion.

Client Engagement & Support

  • Respond to daily client service inquiries throughout the installation process.
  • Communicate project updates, data requirements, and issue resolutions clearly and professionally.
  • Support positive client experiences by ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

Project Coordination

  • Manage installation and conversion tasks for large, complex client plans with minimal oversight.
  • Work closely with managers, internal departments, and vendor partners.
  • Ensure all milestones are met according to service standards.

Collaboration & Guidance

  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in client setup.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in data conversion, benefits administration, or similar technical fields.
  • Strong understanding of plan designs, plan provisions, and related business products.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle complex client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to high quality outcomes.


Work Environment

  • Operates with minimal supervision in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Regular interaction with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $53,000.00 to $87,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
