To assist and support the Production Department by administering UK customers in Rail and marine & governmental applications. It requires the applicant to have excellent communication skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Raise C4S tickets and process through to completion
  • Produce Service Quotations and order parts for various tasks on our products.
  • Raise purchase orders for department.
  • Overseeing and ensuring tickets are complete and ready for a Warranty Claim.
  • Oversee the preparation of training centre documents.
  • Ensuring prompt and correct delivery of requested warranty and new parts returns.
  • Assist with ordering parts for delivery to engineers.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new starters as necessary.
  • Take an active role in processing admin tasks for the QL4 project as well as supporting the wider team with queries in relation to this.
  • Provide support to other admin and wider production team to help workload.
  • Responsible for maintaining all Production Tickets in the system.
  • Support administration tasks for other applications

Position Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Customer Support Role
  • Strong Administrative experience
  • Computer Skills - Computer literate with good keyboard skills. Proficient in MS Office, particularly XLS, Word and email. On the job training will be provided for SAP, MTU Business Portal & Warranty System.
  •   Literacy and Numeracy - Must be a competent writer of business letters and emails.
  • Other Skills: Must be able to work well as part of a Team. Must have a good understanding / appreciation of Health & Safety.

  • A self-starter who works safely and methodically. Is personable, has a good administrative approach and looks forward to coming to work. Has good communication skills and a thorough understanding of the Rolls-Royce values.
