Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.

Summary

Are you driven by empathy and compassion, especially when people need it most? Do you find fulfillment in helping people rather than the powerful?

We are looking for full-time customer service professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference and committed to delivering an exceptional experience to every client they serve. As a Case Consultant, you will be the first voice our clients hear when they reach out for help — often in the midst of challenging and emotionally charged circumstances. You will provide reassurance, guidance, and a steady presence from the very first point of contact.

The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are seeking individuals with open availability who are flexible and willing to work shifts within our operational hours, including weekends.

If you are driven by compassion, thrive in a people-first environment, and are looking for a career that is as rewarding as it is impactful — we want to hear from you.
