About the location:

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. About the Role

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality carpentry, installation, repair, and maintenance work across Golf Villas, Resort Residences, and resort facilities. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the aesthetic quality, functionality, and luxury standards of the property.

You will work closely with the Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure all wooden fixtures, fittings, and structures are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry, installation, repair, and maintenance works across villas and resort facilities
• Install, repair, and maintain doors, cabinets, furniture, wooden fixtures, and fittings
• Fabricate and assemble wooden structures and components as required
• Perform repairs on damaged woodwork, furniture, and interior fittings
• Ensure all work meets luxury quality and finish standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and work instructions
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks within Engineering
• Coordinate with other trades (Electricians, Plumbers, Painters) during maintenance works
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools and materials
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas at all times
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Area of Responsibility

Golf Villas, Resort Residences, and all associated Engineering, maintenance, and back-of-house facilities across the resort.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or vocational training in carpentry or woodworking
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a carpenter, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end residential projects
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic communication skills in English
• Physical ability to perform manual work and lifting tasks
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
