We are seeking an experienced and strategic Leader for our Career practice in Finland. This leadership role will drive the development and delivery of innovative Talent & rewards strategies that align with client business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, a strong team leader, and a thought leader in the Talent & rewards space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow Mercer’s Career practice, setting strategic direction and ensuring excellence in client delivery.
  • Develop innovative talent & total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs that drive business performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate across Mercer’s global network to leverage insights, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of rewards consultants.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting talent & rewards.
  • Drive business development efforts, including client presentations and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in talent & rewards consulting or a related HR consulting field, preferably within a global consulting firm or experience in in-house total rewards leader position in a multinational company.
  • Deep expertise in total rewards strategy, compensation design, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent client management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop consulting teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with rewards data and technology platforms.
