Job Description:
TD Financial Planning is hosting an in-person career event in Cambridge where you can meet the Regional Vice President of Financial Planning, as well as leaders and guest speakers from different departments. This event will give you an inside look at TD’s approach to financial planning and highlight what sets us apart in the industry. After the presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and network with members of our leadership team.

Leverage a variety of prospecting methods—including cold calling, attending and hosting events, creative networking tactics, and local community engagement
Use data and tech tools to dig deep, analyze results, and give smart advice that makes a difference.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services role preferred
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, grow a client base, and deliver investment advice
Licensing & Regulatory Requirements
Successful completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) required prior to your start date
Ready to get licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) if you aren’t already
Commitment to earn your Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in your first three years.
CFP Eligibility requirements: University Degree OR meet one of the following:
Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience
Have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applying
