Pay Range: $40,000- 45,000 per year

A bachelor's degree is required with one (1) to three (3) years' related work experience OR an associate degree or industry related certification along with three (3) to four (4) years' related work experience.
A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in career development, counseling, and/or coaching, including case management and relationship management, is preferred.
Experience may include assessment, planning and goal setting, preparation, exploration, and identifying steps toward launch goals. Proficiency, familiarity, or certifications in standard career assessments such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory, and Clifton Strengths preferred.
Demonstrated ability to concurrently manage numerous tasks with competing priorities.
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
Must be able and willing to travel to and from campuses and professional development activities.
