What You’ll Do

As a Care Team Supervisor, you will:

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to field caregivers

  • Drive operational excellence and patient care quality

  • Support clinical outcomes and QAPI program implementation

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards

  • Coordinate care delivery in a fast-paced environment

  • Represent Elara Caring’s mission and values in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare setting preferred

  • Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and state policies preferred

  • Strong computer proficiency and exceptional communication skills

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A genuine passion for patient-centered care

  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties
