As a Care Team Supervisor, you will:
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to field caregivers
Drive operational excellence and patient care quality
Support clinical outcomes and QAPI program implementation
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
Coordinate care delivery in a fast-paced environment
Represent Elara Caring’s mission and values in every interaction

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare setting preferred
Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and state policies preferred
Strong computer proficiency and exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for patient-centered care
Reliable transportation to perform job duties
