职位描述：
Product Management : 针对特定类别功效成分开展竞品分析，涉及市场信息检索、整理与分析；功效成分产品资料的整理、翻译、核心卖点提炼等，并协助开展各类项目管理工作。
Personal Care Marketing support: 支持市场部门开展市场调研，组织活动和准备宣传物料。
Cosmetic lab technicians: 协助实验室开发人员开展个人护理产品应用实验
Compliance and Regulation: 监测与个人护理（化妆品原料、口腔等）和清洁/洗涤剂相关的法规，并向团队报告任何相关的变化；将法规文件和其他专业资料的翻译。协助准备和提交新产品及现有产品的法规卷宗。
任职要求：
1. 生物、化学、医学或相关专业的本科或研究生在读学生；
2. 具备良好的沟通能力、跨部门协调能力与团队合作意识；
3. 具备良好的英语口语与书写能力，能够用英文进行邮件沟通。
