ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Centre Manager, ensuring clinical governance and overseeing the multidisciplinary care team. This role is ideal for someone who values clinical excellence and is dedicated to creating a compassionate, homely environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
Alignment with The Salvation Army's values and ethos.
Strong people management skills, with knowledge of workplace relations legislation.
Familiarity with Aged Care legislation and accreditation standards.
Knowledge of AN-ACC and experience in optimising funding for resident care.
Excellent relationship-building skills with residents, families, and staff.
A proactive, hands-on leader with a "can-do" attitude.
Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
Exceptional clinical expertise and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
National NDIS Worker Screening Check.
