Role Overview:

To provide the customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs, processing their requests Apply appropriate sales processes within unit to achieve sales targets Converting leads to sales by opening active accounts to achieve annual targets

Are you someone who can:

  • Drive net profit growth through the sales, servicing, and optimisation of Fleet and Business Credit Card portfolios?
  • Deliver exceptional client service by offering proactive, suitable, and value‑adding Fleet and Business Credit Card solutions?
  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while generating new leads and expanding the active account base?
  • Increase card utilisation, additional cards, and limit enhancements to maximise portfolio value?
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Fleet and Business Credit Card products, pricing, controls, application processes, and turnaround times to achieve sales targets?
  • Identify and maximise cross‑selling opportunities to strengthen overall business client relationships?
  • Proactively engage prospective clients, understand their operational needs, and sell appropriate Fleet and Business Credit Card solutions?
  • Provide efficient administration, ensuring accurate reporting, pipeline management, and timely updating of all sales information?
  • Comply with all governance, legislative, credit, and audit requirements?
  • Track and influence sales and service activities, produce accurate sales statistics, and actively manage your own development to enhance performance?

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Minimum Qualification: A Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2–4 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge Required:
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to influence clients’ product choices through value-based selling
  • Ability to translate technical product features into clear benefits for clients
