AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Car Care District Director to oversee a multi-unit network and deliver strong financial, operational, and customer experience results across our Car Care business.
In this role, you’ll lead a district of 10+ locations, guiding store leadership teams to exceed revenue and profitability goals while fostering a culture rooted in accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a critical role in shaping business strategy, developing talent, and ensuring operational discipline across a large and dynamic footprint.

Location & Travel:
This is a district-based role overseeing multiple Car Care locations across New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware, with AAA headquarters support located in Wilmington, DE.
Candidates must reside within the assigned district or within a reasonable commuting distance to support a multi-site territory spanning PA, NJ, and DE. This role requires regular travel between locations (approximately 80% of the time) using a personal vehicle.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: $95,603– $162,681/year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
This position is eligible to earn quarterly incentive pay based on exceeding strategic performance metrics, which positively influence organizational revenue generation and maximize district profitability.

Your Impact as a Car Care District Director:
Lead and direct operations across 10+ Car Care locations, ensuring achievement of revenue growth, profitability, and quality performance targets.
Drive execution of district business plans, aligning store performance with company goals and strategic priorities.
Develop, coach, and hold accountable store leaders to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
Oversee staffing strategies, talent development, and retention efforts to build high-performing teams.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction through consistent execution of AAA’s quality standards.
Monitor financial performance, analyze operational and sales reports, and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
Maintain oversight of all operational functions including inventory, purchasing, facility standards, and compliance.
Lead new store openings, relocations, and operational transitions within the district.
Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Finance, HR, and other business units to drive results and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and environmental standards.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance business growth.
Contribute to broader business line strategy as a key member of the leadership team.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of overall business experience.
5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive retail environment.
Proven ability to manage multi-location operations and deliver strong P&L performance.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing at multiple levels of an organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned district using personal vehicle.
