About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Capital Transactions Manager to be part of our high-performing Capital Transactions team within the Investment Management business at Lendlease.
This role will be instrumental in driving growth for the Investment Management business. As a leader in our Capital Transactions team, you will be responsible for identifying, underwriting and executing on‑ and off‑market retail acquisitions and support our funds and mandates to meet their capital recycling programs.
Working closely with the Head of Capital Transactions and other senior business leaders in the CIO team and funds and asset management, you will influence investment decisions and support capital raising initiatives. This is a collaborative role with clear exposure to strategy, execution and portfolio outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Grow Lendlease Investment Management’s retail FUM.
Partner with fund and mandate teams on asset and portfolio strategy.
Support active portfolio management through capital recycling and optimisation.
Assist the CIO office on capital raising initiatives, fund launches and mandates.
Prepare high quality investment papers, financial models and IC submissions.
About You
This opportunity suits a Capital Transactions Manager looking to deepen retail exposure and strategic influence, or a high‑performing Senior Analyst with strong retail experience ready to step up.
You will bring strong experience in capital transactions and underwriting, exposure to deal execution (with retail experience advantageous), excellent financial modelling and commercial judgement, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
