The Capital Projects Purchasing Specialist plays a key role in providing tactical and operational support for engineering projects by ensuring the procurement of industrial equipment and services. Embedded within project teams, this person actively contributes to the success of initiatives by coordinating suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. With strong expertise in procurement processes and close collaboration with stakeholders, the specialist guarantees smooth and compliant execution of investment projects.

Salary range 005: $82,600 to $103,200 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
What this role involves:
Manage procurement for capital projects (RFQs, purchase orders, supplier follow-up)
Ensure compliance with processes and contracts
Participate in project meetings and coordinate logistics
Maintain key documents and contribute to best practices
What you need to join our team:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or engineering
5 years of experience in procurement or capital projects
Knowledge of industrial equipment and ERP systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
