The Capital Planning and Management Reporting team is seeking a confident, self-motivated, and analytical Professional with strong financial analytical skills, project management, and communication skills.
The Capital Planning and Analytics Professional will be responsible for creating and analyzing capital related processes and priorities – and to support prioritize and drive execution of such deliverables. The role will partner extensively with colleagues across Finance, Business Functions, Risk, Regulatory Affairs as well as other functions and lines of businesses. Additionally, the role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. The candidate will work on initiatives that will provide a unique opportunity to gain a broad understanding of many key business attributes related to capital planning, management, analytics, and forecasting.
The Capital Planning and Management Reporting team is responsible for the planning, forecasting, and optimization of capital. The team focuses on the oversight of all capital management, capital planning and elements related to risk appetite and capital contingency, as well as strategic and policy initiatives. The team’s activities are focused on both business-as-usual and stress environments and ties closely with other areas within the Finance function including Financial Planning and Analysis and Stress Testing. The Capital Planning and Management Reporting team is aligned to the Investments & Capital Markets division, reporting to the SVP of Financial Planning and Capital Markets CFO who reports to the Chief Financial Officer and this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a results-driven team that will implement Freddie Mac’s Capital Planning and Management Strategy.
As a member of the Capital Planning Team you will:
Minimum of 2- 4 years experience in financial reporting, planning, forecasting and analytics in banking industry, financial servicing companies and consulting firms etc.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $88,000 - $132,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
