Job Description:

Capataz de Terminaciones (Ferrovial Construcción Chile)

Propósito del Cargo:

El Capataz de Terminaciones es responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las actividades de terminaciones en obra, garantizando la calidad técnica, el cumplimiento de plazos, y la seguridad de los equipos a su cargo. Actúa como vínculo operativo clave entre la jefatura de obra y los equipos de terreno, asegurando que los trabajos cumplan con los estándares de excelencia y sostenibilidad de Ferrovial Construcción.

Puntos Clave para la Contratación:

Experiencia: mínimo 10 años en construcción, con amplia trayectoria en terminaciones arquitectónicas (viviendas, hospitales, edificios, infraestructura).

Formación: enseñanza media completa; ideal título técnico en Construcción o Edificación.

Competencias Técnicas: lectura de planos, control de calidad, planificación operativa, gestión de subcontratos y conocimiento de normativa chilena.

Certificaciones deseables: seguridad y salud ocupacional, control de calidad en terminaciones, liderazgo de equipos, primeros auxilios.

Habilidades digitales: manejo básico de correo, Excel y lectura de planos en PDF; deseable conocimiento en software de gestión (MS Project, Plan OK u otros).
 

Responsabilidades Centrales:

Supervisar y coordinar las tareas de enchapes, pintura, carpintería, cielos, pisos y revestimientos.

Controlar avances físicos, uso de materiales y desempeño del personal.

Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y medioambiente.

Reportar avances y desviaciones al Jefe de Obra.

Participar en inspecciones, entregas y postventa de terminaciones.
