This role plays a critical role in shaping HP's partnership strategy with Canon, evolving our business model, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring smooth operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing chain, and contributing to the overall success and growth across Office Printing Solutions (OPS). The role supervises and leads a team of operations and business management professionals (managers and senior individual contributors) providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
Actively partners with internal stakeholders to define business goals and market requirements for LaserJet products and operations.
Manages Canon business relationship for LaserJet products including negotiations and ultimately product / initiative agreements, business model framework, and operational needs (i.e. manufacturing capacity).
Influences internal business owners on strategy and business requirements to deliver “win-win” solutions between HP and Canon.
Drives multi-year strategies and initiatives at the regional/global/business group level by exercising governance oversight in one or more areas (e.g., key policy decisions - tariffs, resolution of high impact issues - AOS, and new product introduction – competitive landscape).
Monitors, diagnoses, and drives resolution for any operational issues. Identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. Directs the creation of reports and analysis to inform business plans and gauge performance against set goals.
Manages the allocation of resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to ensure optimal operational performance. Takes responsibility for talent management and succession planning, ensuring that the appropriate tools and processes are in place to support the team.
Education & Experience Recommended
Graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is 175,000.00 - 249,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
