Canada Sales Leader – Consulting and Engineering Services (CES)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Canada Sales Leader - CES to drive the growth of our Consulting and Engineering Services (CES) portfolio across the Canada region. This role is responsible for shaping the GTM strategy, supporting sales and pre-sales initiatives, enabling industry alignment, and driving pipeline acceleration across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, business development experience, and deep knowledge of modern Consulting and Engineering technologies. This individual will work closely with industry leaders, sales teams, offering managers, and delivery organizations to position our capabilities effectively and expand client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Leadership

· Develop and execute the regional GTM strategy for CES offerings.

· Define growth plays, value propositions, and competitive positioning aligned to key industries.

· Drive pipeline creation and ensure strong alignment between industry teams and sales leaders.

Sales & Pre-Sales Support

· Partner with sales teams on opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, and solution shaping.

· Lead pre-sales activities including client workshops, RFP responses, proposals, and executive presentations.

· Strengthen pursuit discipline using repeatable assets, use cases, and solution accelerators.

Industry & Client Engagement

· Collaborate with industry teams to tailor CES solutions for high-priority verticals.

· Support key client meetings, executive briefings, and strategic discussions.

· Represent the CES portfolio in customer engagements with strong executive presence.

Offering Integration

· Work with offering and engineering teams to refine use cases and solution bundles based on market needs.

· Provide feedback on offering gaps, client trends, and competitive landscape.

· Contribute to the development of reusable sales collateral, demonstrations, and GTM assets
