We are looking to hire a Junior Recruiter to support our Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates into our Trading teams.

Our campus trading recruitment efforts are growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone to help us keep the momentum going. You’ll work alongside our seasoned recruiting team, delivering exceptional candidate management, as well as being thoughtful about the strategy behind our approach. Your day-to-day work will involve facilitating interviews, maintaining real time updates in our applicant tracking system, and assisting with various recruitment events. You will also be instrumental in helping to plan, improve, and run our internship program, as well as our in-house programs.
Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our recruiting success, and we pride ourselves on creating connections with our candidates, aiming to be responsive and helpful during the entire recruitment lifecycle. The right candidate for this position will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude. The ability to balance efficiency with genuine empathy for candidates will make you a valuable addition to all aspects of the team.
