Join the Lovet Pet Health Care team as a Campus Recruitment Coordinator Intern! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our campus recruitment efforts across veterinary schools and student programs. This hands-on, collaborative role offers exposure to planning and executing recruitment strategies, including career fairs, conferences, internship programs, and Campus Ambassador initiatives.
You’ll assist with events, communication, and student engagement while contributing ideas for campus campaigns, including social media. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants real-world experience in recruitment, event coordination, and campus engagement.

Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: 3 days per week, approximately 24 hours
Duration: Temporary role from May 1 – November 1
Location: Primarily remote, with some in-office expectations
Key Responsibilities
Event & Conference Coordination
Assist in coordinating on-campus events, career fairs, and professional conferences, including logistics such as shipping, materials preparation, booth setup, and attendee engagement
Support post-event follow-up efforts and help identify ways to improve communication, follow-up, and engagement
Opportunities to attend and represent the team at select recruitment events and conferences may arise
Program Support (Internships & Ambassadors)
Support the coordination of summer internship programs and Campus Ambassador initiatives, including onboarding, communication logistics, and overall participant experience
Serve as a point of contact for student ambassadors and program participants
Assist with preparing outreach materials and ambassador kits
Candidate Communication & Outreach
Help monitor the campus inbox by responding to student inquiries
Assist with outreach to partners to collect externship data and maintain strong relationships
Build and maintain relationships with veterinary students, externs, and campus partners
Help create a positive, engaging, and seamless candidate experience from first touchpoint through program completion
Help create personalized, high-touch engagement experiences for candidates
Social Media Collaboration
Contribute ideas and feedback for social media content to support campus campaigns and enhance student engagement across platforms
Administrative & Data Support
Assist with onboarding externs, collecting stipend forms, and maintaining accurate tracking of externship data
Support overall organization of recruitment materials and information
Reporting, Research & Continuous Improvement
Assist with creating reports, tracking recruitment metrics, and sourcing candidate information
Share ideas and insights to help improve campus recruitment strategies, events, and the overall candidate experience

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students and internal teams
Interest in recruitment, event planning, or campus engagement
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) is a plus
