The HR & Recruitment team is committed to finding the best talent and maintains a high level of productivity during our high-touch recruitment process. With a focus on campus recruitment, the Campus Recruiter will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to lead Flow Traders’ extremely competitive selection process and facilitate our Ascent Program, Trading Internship, and Graduate Trader program.  

What You Will Do 

  • Own the full campus recruitment lifecycle for internship and early-career hiring across Trading, Technology and Business Support
  • Partner with the Trading team to plan and execute engaging and high-impact campus programs throughout the year
  • Represent Flow Traders at campus events (career fairs, info sessions, competitions) to ensure a strong, consistent employer brand presence
  • Partner closely with hiring teams to understand talent needs, advise on selection, and deliver structured candidate evaluations throughout the process
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and efficient process management
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Greenhouse, using insights to optimize hiring outcomes and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support seamless onboarding for campus hires and contribute to broader recruitment initiatives as needed

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume recruitment
  • Trading or FinTech industry background preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools: Office, Word, PowerPoint and, Excel
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

When it comes to salary, Flow Traders uses reliable market research to create base ranges. Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set. We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution. 

Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $90,000 to $110,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
