University & Study Program License: • Ensure the completeness of documentation and validity period related to operational license of BINUS @Campus • Conduct license extension process for all study programs • Provide EPSBED report data for related Government / LLDikti • Remain abreast of trends and government regulation in education, particularly those affecting University operation and educational leadership • Maintain relationship with internal and external parties related to education license Accredication Activities: • Conduct and review accreditation process (preparation, self-assessment, data collection, etc) – both national accreditation (BAN) and international accreditation (QS Star, AACSB, ABET, etc) • Monitor and review accreditation period validity for all study programs • Conduct accreditation extension process for all study programs • Maintain relationship with internal and external parties related to accreditation process Monitoring & Evaluation Activities: • Provide report on BINUS @Campus performance according to agreed standards and ensure that it’s aligned with assigned strategies • Propose changes for reporting systems in order to streamline procedures, improve productivity, and quality • Provide performance data for strategic and operational planning • Liaise between departments in relation to data collection, storage and performance management • Provide report on monitoring & evaluation activities Business Process and Standard Activities: • Ensure compliance process implementation in BINUS @Campus • Organize customer satisfaction survey and provide result review • Conduct survey process implementation according to agreed timeline • Receive complaints from stakeholders and communicate with related Units for solutions • Conduct reoccurrence complaints analysis and provide report Quality Assurance System: • Implement quality assurance system documents in BINUS @Campus • Communicate with related units in BINUS @Campus to fulfill the requirements of ISO 9000 or more update version • Organize Internal audit activities and management review meeting (schedule, supporting documents and implementation) • Monitor Internal Audit process implementation • Coordinate with other Units and Auditor to execute internal audit • Provide data for audit finding reports to management in BINUS @Campus to fulfill ISO 9000 requirements • Ensure performance data is ready to be used to assess, review and monitor performance across the unit and identify areas for improvement • Follow up internal audit findings and ensure action from related units Management Support Activities: • Provide Report to direct Supervisor • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) • Perform activities related to Quality Management System • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years of working experience Special Skill: • Business Process • ISO
