Pay Range

$44.15 - $66.25

Major Responsibilities  

  • Workflow Management: Maintain a global and detailed view of campaign workflow and resources on assigned projects, ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient. 
  • Creative Development Navigation: Expertly navigate the Creative Studio and Consumer Experience development processes across various integrated marketing channels, including media, strategic planning, digital, social media, communications, and analytics. 
  • Communication Hub: Act as the central point of communication between internal teams and external vendors. Serve as the first point of contact for new request initiation and managing ongoing projects. 
  • Project Scope Understanding: Thoroughly understand the scope of each project, accurately identifying opportunities for efficiencies, improvements, and profitability. 
  • Timeline and Budget Management: Establish and facilitate project timelines and budgets (as needed), ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget (when applicable). 
  • Client-Facing Communications: Handle internal and external-facing communications with professionalism and clarity, ensuring partner and service line needs and expectations are met. 
  • Team Motivation: Bring campaigns to life with a passion for creativity and innovation. Keep teams motivated, focused, and inspired throughout the project lifecycle. 

Minimum Job Requirements 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related business-oriented field.   

Certification / Registration / License 

  • N/A 

Experience

  • Typically requires 5 or more years of experience managing marketing, brand or communications campaigns of varying size and complexity.   

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • ​​ Proven experience in campaign and project planning and execution, including coordinating campaigns and team members to achieve objectives. 
  • Ability to define project timelines, maintain status reports, create communication plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and assist with resource management. 
  • Strong relationship skills, including collaborating with and leading teams to execute strategic campaigns across geographies. 
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels. 
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems effectively, and maintain composure under pressure. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, project management tools and software. Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred. 
  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused. 
  • Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills. 
  • Flexibility in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and work collaboratively with all project team members, vendors, and clients.
