What You Will Do
The Campaign Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting Trimble Demand Generation Teams by playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Marketing automation by managing the systems and processes that support the handoff of leads between Marketing and Sales. This person will play a key role in integrating technologies and leading initiatives that improve the performance of our marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push, etc.) within Salesforce Marketing Cloud using automation tools such as Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Template & Asset Management: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to manage campaign assets and templates using Knak.
Data Management: Partner with Data Cloud and CRM teams to ensure accurate segmentation, audience targeting, and data synchronization across systems.
Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and recommend improvements.
Process Efficiency: Support campaign operations workflows, documentation, and QA processes to drive consistency and scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Product teams to align campaign execution with strategic business goals.
Requirements:
2-4 years of Marketing Operations experience with a deep technical understanding of Marketing automation.
Understanding of typical B2B sales and marketing funnels, definitions, and processes.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues impacting lead handoff to Sales.
Experience across marketing tech stack including: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Enrichment tools, Event management, List uploads, Webinar, and analytics (Domo, Looker).
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience navigating complex organizations to generate buy-in for ideas.
