The Campaign Operations Specialist supports the planning, execution, and performance tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns for the Investor Services line of business. The role has a particular focus on supporting global conference and event execution, social media reporting and daily post management, and email campaign builds.

The role demands a data-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and experience working with digital marketing technologies, especially social media platforms, and marketing automation tools. The role requires collaboration with Marketing colleagues across the globe, as well as coordination with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Social media marketing

  • Execute BBH’s organic social media strategy, including scheduling posts, coordinating with content owners, and monitoring performance.
  • Analyse social media metrics and deliver regular and ad hoc performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the BBH Employee Social Advocacy Program (LinkedIn Business User Program) as required.

Conference and event support

  • Support the operational aspects of BBH’s global event and conference program, with a particular focus on Europe and Asia activity.
  • Track budgets and spend using monday.com
  • Research potential event venues and suppliers
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding and contract negotiations in alignment with BBH’s established processes and systems.
  • Organize key meetings and speaker preparation calls.
  • Submit required forms to Global Security for European events and prepare post-event compliance reports.
  • Ensure completion and documentation of post-event reports and results.
  • Manage communications in the central events inbox.
  • Promote events and conferences across internal channels, including email, Salesforce.com, and Seismic.

Email marketing execution

  • Build email campaigns, including event invitation programs, using Marketo.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with brand, legal, and privacy standards.

Seismic publishing

  • Publish and maintain content within the Seismic Sales Enablement platform.
  • Curate the Seismic Channels feed by promoting new and critical materials and updates.
  • Proactively manage expired and expiring content in collaboration with content owners and subject matter experts.
  • Oversee communications in the central Seismic inbox.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Education - BA or Equivalent
  • Up to 5 years' relevant industry experience
  • First-class organizational skills, attention to detail and deadlines
  • Experience managing execution of multi-channel marketing communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and progress projects to completion
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comprehensive experience using marketing technology and CRM platforms, for example: Marketo, Sprout Social, Salesforce.com, Seismic, monday.com or equivalents.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and strong data mindset
  • Familiarity in working within a global organization, collaborating across team and time zones

A plus, but not essential:

  • Financial services experience (a plus but not essential)
  • Marketo Certified Expert
  • monday.com Core Certification (or equivalent)
