Role

Reporting to our Integrated Marketing, Director we are looking for an EMEA Campaign Operations Manager with experience in strategic AI & Automation. This role leads the transformation of EMEA Marketing & your goal is to move the region away from manual execution and toward an "Agentic Workflow" model—where tools work together autonomously, AI is embedded in every step of the funnel and our time-to-market is measured in hours, not weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Transformation: Lead the regional shift by embedding AI and agentic workflows into everyday marketing tasks to augment team productivity.
  • Workflow Automation: Architect and automate end-to-end campaign processes and tool integrations to eliminate manual friction and data silos.
  • Process Optimisation: Audit, optimise and document scalable execution playbooks to significantly accelerate our regional speed-to-market.
  • Data-Centric Analysis: Crunch complex numerical data sets to identify performance trends, automate real-time reporting and provide actionable ROI insights.
  • Change Leadership: Act as a strategic change agent, driving the transition from manual execution to a high-efficiency, automated marketing engine.

 

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Campaign Operations, with a proven portfolio of "before and after" process transformations.
  • AI Literacy: You don't just use ChatGPT; you understand how to integrate AI APIs into workflows and stay ahead of the "84% automation" curve predicted for 2026.
  • Tech Mastery: Deep expertise in Salesforce and Marketo is required. Experience with data visualisation (Tableau/PowerBI) and automation platforms is a major plus.
  • Data Fluency: Highly analytical with a "data-first" mindset; you are comfortable crunching complex numerical datasets to identify performance trends, ensure data integrity and provide actionable ROI insights.
  • Intent-Based Orchestration: Proven experience building automated email workflows triggered by high-intent signals (e.g., 6sense) to deliver hyper-personalised outreach that responds to buyer behavior in real-time.
  • Change Management: You are comfortable "driving change" and can persuade stakeholders to adopt new, faster ways of working even when it feels uncomfortable.

 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Sales within the security or networking sectors.

  • Innovation: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, AI-driven processes, and cloud alliances to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Education: BA with a focus on Marketing or Strategy.
